Shipping worldwide, except where prohibited.

Shipping rate is calculated in Checkout based on carrier rates to your destination.

Shipping Processing Time:

Due to inventory movement, actual stock availability IS NOT shown on the website. Some items we may have in stock while others we have to replenish inventory from domestic warehouse. If we need to replenish inventory we will email you to notify you additional time is necessary before order is shipped.

For in stock items, orders will be shipped to you within 1-2 business days of placing your order. However, if we need to replenish inventory shipping times may vary. If the item is coming from our Atlanta warehouse, delivery typically takes 3-4 business days. For items sourced from our other warehouses, delivery may take up to a week.

If the replenishment is coming from Germany, the processing time can take a month or longer if it happens during holiday season. We will notify you if longer wait time is expected.

Some items are "special order" as they either need to be built-to-order or sourced from manufacturer, and we will note this on the items page. We will contact you with updates on ETA.

For in-stock items only, orders placed on Saturdays after 10:30 AM (CT) will be processed and shipped the following Monday. Our shipping department is closed on Sundays, so no orders will be shipped until the next business day.

If you select overnight shipping, we will do our best to fulfill your request—provided the item is in stock. In cases where a special order is required, we will contact you to inform you that overnight shipping is not available until the item arrives.
